Recruitment was CoStar Group's main internal focus for 2019.  My task was to design a brochure from the ground up that would be used to attract talent for offices in the US, Canada, and the UK.  This as no small task, as I was responsible for the not only the look and feel of the brochure, but also the visual explanation of the company culture.

 

I worked globally with Marketing Directors, Creative Directors, Human Resource Officers, copywriters, company VPs, and many others to come up with a design that represents CoStar Group as an attractive career choice for top talent. To add a layer of authenticity, images of actual employees were hand picked from CoStar Group's recruitment videos and company photoshoots.
